Farmers Market Salsa Recipes
Mac Edward's Salsa 
2 lg tomatoes (seeded/ peeled)
2 cloves garlic
2 green chilis (seeded)
1 jalapeno (seeded)
3 green onions
¼ cup cilantro
juice of 1 lime
dash evo
¼ cup cold water
salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
Blend, pulsing to desired consistency
Corn & Green Tomato Salsa
2 ears corn (roasted/ cut from cob)
2 green tomatoes (seeded/ chopped)
4 green onions (chopped)
1 green chili (seeded/ chopped)
1 jalapeno (seeded/ chopped)
½ cup cilantro/ chopped
dash evo
juice of 1 lime
salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
Toss, refrigerate at least 1 hour- stiring occasionally
Pink Lady Pea Salsa (Relish)
1 cup peas cooked
1 green chili (chopped)
1 tomato seeded (chopped)
1 bunch scallions (chopped)
¼ cup cilantro (chopped)
1 tbl sp oregano dried
dash evo
juice of 1 lime
salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
Toss, refrigerate at least 1 hour stirring occasionally
