Mango Salsa

You will need:

2 ripe avocados, diced
3 tomatoes, diced
1 cucumber diced
1 jalapeno pepper finely chopped
1 red bell pepper, diced
3 green onions, chopped
½ red onion, diced
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped
½ pineapple diced
3 Tbsp fresh lime juice
1 Tbsp honey 1 Tbsp basil oil
1 clove garlic, minced


Directions:
Mix all ingredients and chill at least one hour for flavors to develop. Serve with grilled chicken, fish, shrimp, crabmeat, pork or chips.
