It started with a group of friends sampling old family Italian
recipes. Recipes handed down from generation to generation. We’d have
the neighborhood over for dinner and inevitably someone would say,
“You should sell this!”. We always laughed and thanked them.
Eventually we thought “why not?”
It’s then we decided it was our time to put all these wonderful dishes
together and share them.
We got together one night (over some wine and pasta) and detailed out
what we would put on the menu. There was a few things we wanted to
do. Fresh pasta, homemade sauces, bbq (of course!), cheesy cheesy
garlic bread, meatballs and more. You can purchase a prepared meal
that pops in the microwave and serves 1-2. Or uncooked and prepare it
yourself (we are OK if you pass it off as your own!). Either way, you
get a delicious homemade authentic Italian meal.
