We are a small, family business whose goal is to get the healthy food our family enjoys from our table to yours. Freshly ground, whole grain, nutrient packed and tasty stuff is hard to come by unless you mill it yourself. For those who do not mill their own grains, we do the work for you. We mill organic grains fresh each week into whole grain flours and mix these into our baking mixes. And, new for 2011, we have handmade pasta and ravioli made with the same freshly milled organic whole grain flour...along with our very own fresh eggs from our very free-ranging red hens. The ravioli & herb pastas (and pestos) are made with our own "no chemical-grown" vegetables/herbs or with other "no chemical-grown" produce from another local farm
We have 5 1/2 acres supporting 4 splendid children, a few milk goats, a flock of chickens, too many cats & kittens (kitten, anyone?), and gardens for veggies and herbs and cut flower.
Life is good. :)
