Did you know that red fruits like watermelons and tomatoes have nutritious components that may help prevent cancer?  Or that purple veggies like eggplant, purple onion and blueberries promote a healthy heart?  There is a lot that people don’t know about the health benefits of eating fruits and vegetables found right here at the Memphis Farmer’s Market.  Stop by the Harvesting Good Health table this week where Christin Faccio, from University of Memphis will help you use what you purchase at the MFM to improve your health!
